If you order before 12pm Monday – Friday we’ll aim dispatch your parcel on the same day. If your order is urgent please make sure to contact us via telephone so that we can try hurry it through for you.
For UK mainland shipping we use Royal Mail 24, 48 Tracked & 24 Tracked.
Our priority shipments are made using DPD Next Day. These shipments are fully GPS tracked. We also offer Saturday and Sunday delivery via DPD however please be aware that the order for these services needs to with us before 12:00pm Friday. If you purchase standard DPD next working day after 12pm Thursday your order will be shipped Friday and delivered the following Monday.
Please note our couriers do not collect parcels from us on a weekend or Bank Holidays. Your order will be collected at the earliest convenience.
International Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed for & International Tracked. They're sent as a trackable service when the destination country allows and insured for the full amount.
We are not accountable for any customs charges. Each country has their own rules on import. Please be aware of your own and that additional charges may be applied.
If you need your item shipping to a BFPO Address please leave correct contact details as we may need to get in touch. Prices vary massively depending on which base you a are based so normal shipping costs don't always apply
Definitely, all you have to do is make sure collect in store is selected in the checkout options. Our staff will prepare your order in store so you can pick it up, just make sure to print off your order confirmation email and bring it with you so we can confirm the order.
If the order was placed before 12pm Monday – Friday it will be sent the same day. If the order is placed after 12pm the staff will do their best to have the order sent the same day, if that isn’t possible the order will be sent the next working day.
This does not include UK bank holidays.
When your order is sent for delivery you will receive confirmation and a tracking number if available. If you are unsure about your order or have not received a confirmation email do not hesitate to contact us at - firstname.lastname@example.org
You can deliver your order to a separate delivery address if you wish although we may need to verify details over the telephone if the situation permits.
If a mistake has been made on your delivery address contact us immediately as we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been sent.
Yes they can. The Priory accepts no responsibility in the event that somebody else signs for the parcel at the specified delivery address.
In the event the parcel goes missing in the post you needn’t worry. All deliveries are insured and we are happy to make the claim for the lost goods on your behalf. Although you can expect a 10-15 day waiting period from dispatch for this process to begin depending on the delivery service you have chosen.
However, if the parcel is lost or takes longer to receive than expected because of a incorrect delivery address, The Priory will not accept any liability for this.
