RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the date of receipt, providing the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Once the item/s have been returned to The Priory you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. Please make sure any items are packaged so therefore the item will be received back to The Priory in a resell-able condition.

We will not refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in their original condition. This also includes the original packaging in regards to footwear. In addition this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All refunds and exchanges exclude postage costs unless The Priory has made a mistake. Order that are delivered free of charge will have their delivery costs deducted from the refund total of the order.

We only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase. Please refer to your card issuer's terms & conditions for further info.

If an item needs to be returned please contact The Priory and explain the reason for the reason at : Returns@thepriorymenswear.co.uk 

Once we have received your request we'll get back to you as soon as we can with instructions on how to return your order with a returns number. 

For faulty items please do message us prior to returning the item, so we can discuss with you the problem. Each brand deals with faulty returns differently so we may need to contact the brand directly for a solution for you. Most cases will either be a replacement or a credit note. 

If the brand is covered by a warranty, please note it may need to be sent away for repair.

Please ensure that any returned items are well packaged to ensure the safety of any returned product/s. We cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss that may arise in transit. We advise the use of a trackable and insured service.

 

Once we receive the return please allow up to 7 days for us to process the return and refund. During peak periods the processing of returns may take up to a maximum of 14 workings days however this is on very rare occasions. 

 

SALE ITEMS

The Priory is unable to offer refunds on sale items outside of your 14 day ‘cooling off period’ as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. We will offer a credit note for any unwanted sale items as per our general returns policy.

 

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order as swiftly as possible. The Delivery times stated on the website are based on approximations and cannot be guaranteed based on third party factors which may cause delay.

 

WHAT IF A MISTAKE HAPPENS?

CAN I TAKE MY RETURN TO THE STORE?

We will be happy to receive any returned items bought online if you choose to visit us in store, as per our general returns policy.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel or change your order you must contact The Priory immediately before 12pm Monday - Friday. The Priory will not accept responsibility for any change notifications received after 12pm.

This does not include UK bank holidays.


I’M NOT SURE IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been placed. If you have not received the confirmation email please check your spam folder for an order confirmation.

I BOUGHT AN ITEM AT FULL PRICE, WHICH IS NOW IN A SALE. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Whilst we appreciate this can be frustrating we are unable to refund any further reductions unless the price changed on the same day. If you have any grievances please contact us.
